House Passage:  11/12/25: House passed 222-209 the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (HR 5371) clearing the measure for the President.
Senate Passage:  11/10/25: Senate passed 60-40 the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 as an amendment to HR 5371, clearing the bill for House action later this week.
President: 11/12/25: President Trump signed the bill into law (P.L. 119-37).

The Mil Con-VA bill funds the following:

Department of Defense
–Military Construction: Army, Navy (including Marine Corps), Air Force, Defense-wide, and Guard and Reserve Forces
–Military Family Housing Construction
–Chemical Demilitarization Construction
–Civil, Cemeterial Expenses, Army

–U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claim
